What can the SVC260 pack?
Frozen foods and IQF products, snacks and confectionery, nuts and grains, and dry pet food. We confirm each product in a packaging test.
How fast is it?
Up to 160 bags/min. Actual speed depends on the product, fill weight, bag size and film. We confirm it with your product in testing and again at FAT.
What bag sizes can it make?
Bags up to 260 mm wide and 400 mm long. Different bag sizes use different forming sets.
Which bag formats are available?
Pillow bags are standard. Side gusset bags need the optional gusset assembly. Available formats depend on the forming set and machine configuration.
Which films can it run?
Laminates, foil and paper-based films from 0.04 to 0.10 mm thick. Mono-material film is available as a custom build. Send us your film structure and we will confirm it.
Can it work with a weigher and inspection equipment?
Yes. We match the weigher, checkweigher, inspection and downstream equipment to your product and line.
What power supply does it need?
380 V, 50 Hz, 3-phase 4-wire, with 11.4 kW rated power. Other voltages are available on request.
