When to Test
Test before you order when any of these apply.
Your product behaves differently
Sticky, fragile, dusty or free-flowing products change how feeding, dosing and sealing work.
Your film, pouch or tray is special
A new laminate, a paper-based material or an unusual pouch or tray is checked on the machine first.
You need more than a brochure speed
The test shows the output your own product and package reach, with rejects and stops counted.
The application is new
A product or package we have not packed before is tested before the configuration is fixed.

How the Test Works
We test the steps that decide whether your pack runs well, then record what we saw.
The steps change with the machine and the package. We record the result and use it as the output target at FAT.

Yes. The test is free. You cover the cost of shipping your samples to our factory in Hebei, China.
How long does it take?

Can I watch the test?
Yes. We send a test video and a written test record. You can also join a live video call during the test, or visit our factory and watch it there.
What if I do not have samples yet?

Is the packaging test the same as FAT?
No. The packaging test checks whether your product and package run well and what needs to change. FAT checks the final agreed configuration against acceptance criteria agreed before the test.
What happens after the test?
You get a recommendation to proceed, adjust or retest. If you go ahead, the result becomes the output target at FAT.
