Start from the package. Pillow and gusset bags run on the SVC260 or VP Series, quad-seal bags on the VGT Series, sealed trays on the Hybrid Pro T680, and 1–5 kg spout pouches on the Wide-Spout Family. If your product or package is unusual, send us the details and we will suggest a configuration.
Which dosing equipment is used?
It is chosen for the product: multihead or linear weighers for granular and piece products, cup fillers where dosing by volume fits, and auger fillers for powders. The Wide-Spout machines weigh 1–5 kg with their own built-in weighing.
Can I use my own film, trays or pouches?
Yes. Send them to us with your product. We run them on the machine before you order to check filling, sealing and pack quality.
Can the packaging machine be part of a complete line?
Yes. We design and install complete lines: bucket conveyors, weighing and dosing, the packaging machine, inspection, and case packing and palletizing at the end.
What warranty and support do you offer?
The warranty is 12 months on the machine and 3 years on core components. After delivery we offer remote troubleshooting, and we reply to enquiries within 1 working day.
What do you need to quote a packaging machine?
Your product, the package (type, size and fill weight) and the target output. Photos or a sample pack help. For a complete line, add your floor space and the steps you need.
