Do you supply complete lines?
Yes. We plan, build and integrate complete lines: product handling, weighing or dosing, the packaging machine, inspection, and case packing and palletizing at the end.
Which machines in the line are yours?
Packaging machines and bucket conveyors are our core products. The other modules are integrated around them, and responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.
Is line planning free?
Yes. The layout drawing, equipment list and capacity calculation are free.
How is the line output set?
From the slowest stage of the line, not from one machine's top speed. It is confirmed with product tests where needed and at FAT against criteria agreed in advance.
Is installation included?
It depends on the contract and is agreed before you sign. Our engineers can install and commission the line at your site at your cost, or guide your team remotely free of charge.
