Rice & Grain Packaging System
A complete line for rice and grains, planned around the package you sell: our pendulum bucket conveyors feed a Wide-Spout pouch filler, or a weigher and an SVC260, VP or VGT bagger.
The line, left to right: pendulum bucket conveyor, Wide-Spout filler or VGT bagger, inspection, palletizing.
A layout drawing, an equipment list and a capacity calculation for your line.
Line output is set by the slowest stage, not by one machine's top speed.
The line is accepted against criteria agreed in advance.
The Line
Our conveyors and packaging machines form the line; the modules around them are integrated for your product and output.

- 01
Pendulum Bucket Conveyor
Lifts the product to the filler or weigher
- 02
Weighing
Built into the Wide-Spout filler; a multihead weigher for the baggers
- 03
Packaging Machine
Wide-Spout, SVC260, VP or VGT, chosen by the package
- 04
Inspection
Checkweighing and contaminant checks
- 05
Case Packing
Packs into cases
- 06
Palletizing
Cases onto pallets
Highlighted: our machines. The other modules are integrated around them, and responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.
Machines and Modules
Each module is chosen for your product and output, then integrated into the line.
Our machines

Pendulum Bucket Conveyors
Hygienic and Standard models. 10–20 m³/h and up to 25 m lift, in Z-type and C-type layouts. We check the capacity in kg/h with your bulk density.

Wide-Spout Pouch Filling and Capping
Weighs, fills and caps stand-up pouches with a 33 mm angled spout. Three models: 450–700, 1000–1200 and 1200–1400 pouches/hour.*

SVC260 Continuous-Motion VFFS
Continuous motion for higher outputs. Bags up to 260 mm wide and 400 mm long, up to 160 bags/min.*

VP Series Compact VFFS
Compact baggers for lower outputs. 20–90 bags/min,* film up to 520 mm wide.

VGT Series Quad-Seal VFFS
Front panel up to 300 mm wide, up to 80 bags/min.*
*Machine references. Actual output depends on product, fill weight, package and film.
Integrated around them

Multihead Weighing
Configured around the product, the target weight and the dose rate the bagger needs.

Inspection
Checkweighing, metal detection, combined units, or X-ray where the application calls for it. Chosen once the product and package are known.

Case Packing and Palletizing
Robotic case packing and palletizing, integrated around the finished pack, the case pattern, the case rate and the pallet pattern.
From Machine Speed to Line Output
A line is rated on the packs it delivers, so we work down from one machine's maximum to the output the whole line can sustain.
The capacity calculation is part of free line planning. The final target is set from product tests and agreed FAT conditions.
Plan Your Line- 01
Machine maximum
The rated output of one machine, such as 1,200–1,400 pouches/hour on the SPFC-1200R.
- 02
Application speed
What the machine sustains with your product and package.
- 03
System rated output
What the whole line sustains, set by its slowest stage.
- 04
Sustainable good output
Accepted finished packs per hour, confirmed at FAT.
Interfaces Agreed in Writing
Before you order, every connection in the line is defined, so each module fits the next.
Product and package
Product condition, size, bulk density and fill weight; the bag, pouch or film; coding and labels.
Capacity
Good output, kg/h at each stage, and cases and pallets per hour.
Mechanical
Infeed and outfeed heights, conveyor direction, footprint and service access.
Electrical
Power supply, hand-off points, start, stop and fault signals, and emergency stops.
Controls
Which controller leads, how modules signal each other, and how faults are reset.
Responsibility
Who supplies and who is responsible for each module and each interface.

Testing and FAT
Where the application is uncertain, your product is tested first, free of charge. Before FAT, the product, package, configuration and acceptance criteria are written down.

The industry, machines and services behind this line.
Is one machine's rated output the line output?
No. Machine figures, such as pouches per hour on a Wide-Spout filler, are for one machine. The line output is set by its slowest stage and confirmed at FAT.
Do you make every module in the line?
Our pendulum bucket conveyors and packaging machines form the line. Weighing for the baggers, inspection, case packing and palletizing are integrated around them, and responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.
How is the line output confirmed?
With product tests where the application is uncertain, and at FAT against acceptance criteria agreed before the test.
Can the line layout change?
Yes. Your product, package, output and floor space can change the final configuration. Line planning is free: a layout drawing, an equipment list and a capacity calculation.
Is installation included?
It depends on the contract and is agreed before you sign. Our engineers can install and commission the line at your site at your cost, or guide your team remotely free of charge.
