Frozen Foods / IQF
Shrimp, nuggets, meatballs and vegetables. We check product condition, weight and film in a test run.
Snacks & Confectionery
Chips, puffs and candy. Fragility and bag size decide the weigher and forming set.
Nuts & Grains
Nuts, cereals and grains. Target weight and bag format decide the weigher setup.
Dry Pet Food
Kibble and treats. Piece size, density and dust decide the weigher and film.
Powders
Flour, milk powder and other powders, dosed by the auger filler. We test each powder first.
VP-YT covers the same applications except powders.

20–90 bags/min is the machine range. The speed you get depends on your product, fill weight, bag size and film, so we test them before you order.

What can the VP Series pack?
Frozen foods and IQF products, snacks and confectionery, nuts and grains, dry pet food and, with the auger filler, powders. VP-YT covers the same products except powders. We confirm each product in a packaging test.
What is the difference between VP320, VP420 and VP520?
Bag size. VP320 makes bags up to 150 mm wide and 190 mm long, VP420 up to 200 × 300 mm and VP520 up to 250 × 400 mm. Start from the bag you need.
Which dosing systems can it use?
A multihead weigher on a platform, a volumetric cup filler, an auger filler for powders or a linear weigher.
What is VP-YT?
A VP bagger with a multihead weigher built on, so weighing and bagging take one compact unit. VP320-YT has 10 or 12 heads and weighs 5–300 g. VP420-YT has 14 heads and weighs 10–1,000 g.
Which bag types can it make?
Pillow bags and chain bags.
How fast is it?
VP models run at 20–90 bags/min and VP-YT models at 20–80 bags/min. Actual output depends on the product, fill weight, bag size and film.
