80 bags/min is the top speed. The speed you get depends on your product, fill weight, bag size, film, dosing and options such as a valve or gas flush, so we test them before you order.

What can the VGT pack?
Whole and ground coffee, snacks and confectionery, nuts and grains, and milk and protein powders. We confirm each product in a packaging test.
How fast is it?
Up to 80 bags/min. Actual output depends on the product, fill weight, bag size, film, dosing and the options you choose. We confirm it with your product in testing and again at FAT.
Which quad-seal formats can it make?
Quad-seal bags with a back seal, without a back seal, and with a one-way degassing valve.
What bag sizes can it make?
Front panel width 70–300 mm, side gusset width 30–100 mm, edge seal width 5–10 mm and bag length 100–400 mm.
Can gas flush, a zipper or a degassing valve be added?
Yes, all three are available as options. Which options you need depends on your product and bag, and we define them with you before you order.
Is a flat-bottom bag the same as a quad-seal bag?
No. Flat-bottom bags need the optional flat-bottom bag assembly, so tell us which bag style you need.
What power supply does it need?
380 V, 50 Hz, with 5.8 kW total power. The power supply can be customized.
