At the Stand
The festival brought nut and roasted-seed processors and their suppliers to Hefei. We showed two machines: the first-generation SVC260 continuous-motion bagger and the LU-HKG-600PRO wide-spout pouch filler. Visitors talked through their nuts, seeds and grains with our team, and several ordered LU-HKG-600PRO fillers at the show.
The LU-HKG-600PRO
The LU-HKG-600PRO weighs, fills and caps stand-up pouches with a 33 mm angled spout, 1–5 kg per pouch, at 450–700 pouches/hour.
- Manual loading: one operator loads the pouches and caps.
- Dual-hopper weighing: two pouches are weighed and filled at once.
- Servo capping: cap tightness is set with servo torque control.
It is the entry model of our Wide-Spout family. The SPFC-S8 and SPFC-1200R add automatic cap feeding for 1,000–1,400 pouches/hour.
The First SVC260
The SVC260 shown in Hefei was the first generation of our continuous-motion bagger, with the film running without stopping while the sealing jaws move with it. The new generation, launched at interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf, makes pillow and side gusset bags up to 260 mm wide and 400 mm long, at up to 160 bags/min.
Speeds and outputs are machine references. The output you get depends on your product, package and configuration.
Packing Nuts and Seeds
Breakage, oil and seasoning, dust and giveaway on a costly product decide how a nut line is set up, in pouches or in bags. Send us your product and we test it on the machine before you order: the test is free, you cover sample shipping, and you get the result within 3–5 working days after the samples arrive.
