The Wide-Spout Route
The filler weighs, fills and caps in one machine, for 1–5 kg of rice in a stand-up pouch with a 33 mm angled spout. The LU-HKG-600PRO is loaded by an operator; the SPFC-S8 and SPFC-1200R feed caps automatically.
Choose it when you sell 1–5 kg packs in a capped stand-up pouch.
Check in the test: pouch opening, filling and capping with your pouch and cap samples, the weight result and, if used, nitrogen or induction sealing.
The VFFS Route
A multihead weigher doses the rice into a bag formed from film. The SVC260 makes pillow and side gusset bags for higher outputs, the VP Series makes pillow and chain bags on a compact line, and the VGT makes quad-seal bags.
Choose it when your pack is a film bag: pillow, side gusset or quad-seal.
Check in the test: bag forming and seal quality, broken grains from the drop, and dust in the seal.
What Both Routes Share
The same pendulum bucket conveyor can feed either route. It is rated in m³/h, so we convert its capacity to kg/h with your rice's bulk density. Broken grains and fines are checked on the conveyor and at the filler or bagger, and inspection, case packing and palletizing follow either machine.

How to Choose
- Decide the pack you will sell: a capped stand-up pouch or a film bag.
- Fix the fill weight. Our spouted pouch fillers take 1–5 kg.
- Work out the output in good packs per hour and compare it with the machine references.
- List the freshness and closure needs: nitrogen, induction sealing, valve or zipper.
- Test your rice in the chosen pack before the configuration is fixed.
Test Your Rice
Send your rice with the pouch or bag you plan to use. We run them before you order; the test is free, you cover sample shipping.
