The SVC260 Launch
At interpack 2026 we launched the new generation of the SVC260, our continuous-motion vertical form fill seal machine. The film runs without stopping while the sealing jaws move with it, for higher output.
It makes pillow bags as standard, and side gusset bags with the optional gusset assembly, up to 260 mm wide and 400 mm long, on film from 0.04 to 0.10 mm. Its machine maximum is 160 bags/min; the output you get depends on your product, fill weight, bag size and film.
What Is New in the Machine
- Six-axis servo control: film transport, bag forming and sealing run on coordinated servo motion.
- Film feed and registration: colour-mark sensing, film pulling and tension control for the selected film.
- Film choice: laminates, foil and paper-based films, with mono-material film as a custom build.
- Operator setup and protection: touchscreen setup, machine alarms and door protection.
- Options: laser or thermal-transfer coder and the gusset assembly.
What It Is Built For
Frozen foods and IQF products, snacks and confectionery, nuts and grains, and dry pet food. With a multihead weigher above it, inspection after it and case packing at the end, it is the centre of a complete bagging line.
At the Stand
We ran the SVC260 at the stand, forming, filling and sealing bags, and visitors talked through their own products, bags and output targets with our team.

Missed the Show?
You can still see the SVC260. Walk through our workshop with an engineer on a live video call, or send your product for a packaging test: the test is free, you cover sample shipping, and you get the result within 3–5 working days after the samples arrive.
