Powder Packaging System
A complete powder line, planned around how your powder flows and the bag you sell: powder feeding and an auger filler, our VP or VGT bagger, inspection, case packing and palletizing.
The line, left to right: auger filler, VP or VGT bagger, inspection, case packing.
A layout drawing, an equipment list and a capacity calculation for your line.
Line output is set by the slowest stage, not by one machine's top speed.
The line is accepted against criteria agreed in advance.
The Line
Our baggers at the center; the modules around them are integrated for your powder and output.

- 01
Powder Feeding
Screw feeder refills the auger hopper
- 02
Auger Filler
Doses the target weight
- 03
Packaging Machine
VP or VGT, chosen by the bag
- 04
Inspection
Checkweighing and contaminant checks
- 05
Case Packing
Bags into cases
- 06
Palletizing
Cases onto pallets
Highlighted: our machines. The other modules are integrated around them, and responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.
Machines and Modules
Each module is chosen for your product and output, then integrated into the line.
Our machines

VP Series Compact VFFS
Listed with an auger filler for powders. VP320, VP420 and VP520, 20–90 bags/min,* film up to 520 mm wide.

VGT Series Quad-Seal VFFS
Listed for milk and protein powders. Front panel up to 300 mm wide, up to 80 bags/min.* Product settler, static elimination and bag deflators as options.
*Machine references. Actual output depends on product, fill weight, bag size and film.
Integrated around them

Auger Filler
The auger, agitator and anti-leak outlet are chosen for how your powder flows, how dusty it is and the target weight.

Inspection
Checkweighing, metal detection, combined units, or X-ray where the application calls for it. Chosen once the product and package are known.

Case Packing and Palletizing
Robotic case packing and palletizing, integrated around the finished pack, the case pattern, the case rate and the pallet pattern.
From Machine Speed to Line Output
A line is rated on the packs it delivers, so we work down from one machine's maximum to the output the whole line can sustain.
The capacity calculation is part of free line planning. The final target is set from product tests and agreed FAT conditions.
Plan Your Line- 01
Machine maximum
The top speed of one machine, such as 80 bags/min on the VGT.
- 02
Application speed
What the machine sustains with your product and package.
- 03
System rated output
What the whole line sustains, set by its slowest stage.
- 04
Sustainable good output
Accepted finished packs per hour, confirmed at FAT.
Interfaces Agreed in Writing
Before you order, every connection in the line is defined, so each module fits the next.
Product and package
Product condition, size, bulk density and fill weight; the bag, pouch or film; coding and labels.
Capacity
Good output, kg/h at each stage, and cases and pallets per hour.
Mechanical
Infeed and outfeed heights, conveyor direction, footprint and service access.
Electrical
Power supply, hand-off points, start, stop and fault signals, and emergency stops.
Controls
Which controller leads, how modules signal each other, and how faults are reset.
Responsibility
Who supplies and who is responsible for each module and each interface.

Testing and FAT
Where the application is uncertain, your product is tested first, free of charge. Before FAT, the product, package, configuration and acceptance criteria are written down.

The industry, machines and services behind this line.
Is the machine's top speed the line output?
No. Machine figures are for one machine. A powder line is often limited by dosing or by a clean seal, so the line output is set by its slowest stage and confirmed at FAT.
Do you make every module in the line?
Our VP and VGT baggers are at the center of the line. Powder feeding, the auger filler, inspection, case packing and palletizing are integrated around them, and responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.
How is the line output confirmed?
With product tests where the application is uncertain, and at FAT against acceptance criteria agreed before the test.
Can the line layout change?
Yes. Your product, package, output and floor space can change the final configuration. Line planning is free: a layout drawing, an equipment list and a capacity calculation.
Is installation included?
It depends on the contract and is agreed before you sign. Our engineers can install and commission the line at your site at your cost, or guide your team remotely free of charge.
How is dust handled?
Dust control, extraction and cleaning are defined for your powder, your plant and your local rules.
