Quad-seal bags with back seal, without back seal and with a one-way degassing valve

Quad-Seal Bag Packaging

Four sealed edges give the bag a sharp, upright shape. Our VGT series makes quad-seal bags with or without a back seal, and with a one-way degassing valve.

Made on: VGT Series

What Is a Quad-Seal Bag?

A bag with all four vertical edges sealed, formed from rollstock film.

Output Depends on More Than the Bag

80 bags/min is the VGT's machine maximum, not a quad-seal line result. The line runs at the pace of its slowest stage, so we check every stage.

Required kg/h= Good bags per hour × Fill weight

We set the final line target from product tests and agreed FAT conditions.
