Forming set and film drive on a LINYOPACK VFFS machine

Engineering & Manufacturing

Our machines are engineered from your product, package and output target, then assembled, wired and tested in our workshop in Hebei, China.

The Application Comes First

Before the machine configuration is fixed, we define it from the task it has to do. The machine is then configured around your application.

What we define first

  • Product behavior

  • Fill weight

  • Package format

  • Film, pouch or tray

  • Target output

  • Hygiene and cleaning requirements

  • Plant layout

  • Upstream and downstream scope

What We Engineer

Design depth and components vary by machine family and project.

Controls and Software

Sequence control, recipes, interlocks, alarms, motion coordination and HMI/PLC configuration, with remote diagnostics where applicable.

Integrated Into Complete Lines

Packaging machines and bucket conveyors are our core products. For a complete line, we integrate them with the equipment around them, and responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about our engineering.

Ask an engineer

Yes, within each machine family. We configure the machine around your product, package and output target with the options and tooling of that family. Where the application is uncertain, a packaging test comes first.

Yes. Sequence control, recipes, interlocks, alarms and HMI/PLC configuration are part of our engineering work.

Yes. We design and install complete lines: bucket conveyors, weighing and dosing, the packaging machine, inspection, and case packing and palletizing at the end. Responsibility for each module and interface is agreed in writing.
