Scope can vary by machine, destination and contract. The final terms are written in your quotation.
Is installation included in the machine price?
It depends on the contract, and we agree it before you sign. On-site installation and commissioning by our engineers is at your cost. Remote guidance, the installation guide and the maintenance manual are free.
How fast do you reply to a support request?
Within 1 working day, by WhatsApp, video call, video meeting or remote debugging, whichever you use.
How quickly can I get spare parts?
Common spare parts are in stock and usually ship within 3 working days. Each machine also ships with a wear-parts kit for the first 12 months.
Can you connect to my machine remotely?
Yes. Every machine comes with a remote connection module, unless you ask us to leave it out to keep your data private. Without it, we work through remote desktop on a computer you connect to the machine.
Are software upgrades free?
Yes. Software and control upgrades that need no new hardware are free for the life of the machine.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months on the machine and 3 years on core components.
