Many products, one line

Millet, beans, quinoa and corn grits differ in size, weight and flow, and one line often packs several of them.
What we do · Settings and changeover are planned for each product you run.

Choose the package first, then match conveying, weighing and output to each grain you pack. Our Wide-Spout pouch fillers, SVC260, VP and VGT baggers and both pendulum bucket conveyors are used for grains and cereals.
Packages: 1–5 kg spouted pouches, pillow and gusset bags or quad-seal bags
Six points that decide whether a grain line runs well.

Millet, beans, quinoa and corn grits differ in size, weight and flow, and one line often packs several of them.
What we do · Settings and changeover are planned for each product you run.

Small grains and seeds such as millet and sesame find every gap and leak at weak seals or spout threads.
What we do · Seal and spout tightness are checked with your smallest product.

Corn grits, cracked grain and flakes carry dust. It builds up in buckets and hoppers and can reach the seal.
What we do · Fines are checked on the conveyor, the filler and the bagger with your product.

Beans are heavy and flakes are light, so the same conveyor m³/h gives very different kg/h.
What we do · We convert the conveyor capacity to kg/h with the bulk density of each product.

Grain left in buckets, hoppers or chutes mixes into the next product at changeover.
What we do · Cleaning and changeover access are planned with the conveyor and filler layout.

Long drops and hard transfers crack kernels and split beans.
What we do · Drop heights and transfer points are set for your products and confirmed in the test.
The same conveying feeds whichever packaging machine your package needs.

Hygienic or Standard model lifts the grain to the filler or weigher
Built into the Wide-Spout filler; a multihead weigher for the baggers
Wide-Spout, SVC260, VP or VGT, chosen by the package
Checkweighing and contaminant checks
Packs into cases, cases onto pallets
Wide-Spout fillers weigh, fill and cap in one machine. The SVC260, VP and VGT take their dose from a multihead weigher.
LINYOPACK machines
Start from the package: each packaging machine below is labelled with the pouches or bags it makes. Handling, weighing, inspection and end-of-line modules complete the line.

Listed for millet, mixed grains, beans, corn grits and quinoa. 33 mm angled spout. Three models: 450–700, 1000–1200 and 1200–1400 pouches/hour.*

Continuous motion for higher outputs. Bags up to 260 mm wide and 400 mm long, up to 160 bags/min.*

Compact baggers for lower outputs. 20–90 bags/min,* film up to 520 mm wide.

Front panel up to 300 mm wide, up to 80 bags/min.*
*Machine references. Actual output depends on product, fill weight, package and film.

Hygienic and Standard models, both listed for grains and cereals, rice, seeds and pulses. 10–20 m³/h and up to 25 m lift, in Z-type and C-type layouts. We check the capacity in kg/h with your bulk density.

For the SVC260, VP and VGT. Configured around the kernel size, the bulk density, the target weight and the dose rate the bagger needs.

Checkweighing, metal detection, combined units, or X-ray where the application calls for it. The method is chosen once the product and package are known.

Robotic case packing and palletizing, integrated around the finished pouch or bag, the case pattern, the case rate and the pallet pattern.
A grain line runs at the pace of its slowest stage. The conveyor is rated in m³/h, so we convert it to kg/h with the bulk density of each product and compare it with what the packing line needs.
Supply must stay above demand for every product on the line. We set the final line target from product tests and agreed FAT conditions.

The machines, industry, package format and full system behind this application.
The Wide-Spout pouch fillers, the SVC260, VP and VGT baggers and both pendulum bucket conveyors.
There is no single best machine. The product, target weight, package and output decide: 1–5 kg spouted pouches go to the Wide-Spout fillers, pillow and gusset bags to the SVC260 or VP, and quad-seal bags to the VGT.
Millet, mixed grains, beans, corn grits, multigrain brown rice, tricolor quinoa, rice and sesame.
Many lines pack more than one product. We plan the settings, changeover and cleaning for each product and check them in the test.
Yes. Both models list grains and cereals, rice, seeds and pulses. They are built for free-flowing granular products, not for liquids or slurries.
Multiply the conveyor m³/h by the bulk density of the product, then compare it with the line demand: good packs per hour × fill weight.
160 bags/min is the SVC260's machine maximum. The output of a grain line is set from the actual product, weighing, bag and line conditions.
Yes. Checkweighing, metal detection, robotic case packing and palletizing can be integrated around the pouch or bag, the case and the pallet.
Send the products, target weights, packages, required output and plant layout. We will use them to choose the packaging machine and plan the test.
