Broken grains

Long drops and hard transfers crack rice grains. Broken grains lower the grade of the pack.
What we do · Drop heights and transfer points are set for your rice and confirmed in the test.

Choose the package first, then match conveying, weighing and output to your rice. Our Wide-Spout pouch fillers, SVC260, VP and VGT baggers and both pendulum bucket conveyors are used for rice.
Packages: 1–5 kg spouted pouches, pillow and gusset bags or quad-seal bags
Six points that decide whether a rice line runs well.

Rice carries dust and bran fines. They build up in buckets and hoppers and can reach the seal or the spout.
What we do · Fines are checked on the conveyor, the filler and the bagger with your product.

Bucket conveyors are rated by volume and packing lines by weight. Rice varieties differ in bulk density.
What we do · We convert the conveyor capacity to kg/h with your actual bulk density.

Packs of 1–5 kg take longer to fill and need a steady feed so the weight stays on target.
What we do · The filler model and the feed are chosen for your target weight and output.

Spouted pouches need the right spout, cap and pouch loading, or the line stops.
What we do · The 33 mm spout, your cap and the pouch loading mode are checked with your pouch and cap samples.

Some rice packs are flushed with nitrogen or evacuated, and some caps are induction-sealed.
What we do · Nitrogen, air evacuation and induction sealing are options on the Wide-Spout fillers.
The same conveying feeds whichever packaging machine your package needs.

Hygienic or Standard model lifts the rice to the filler or weigher
Built into the Wide-Spout filler; a multihead weigher for the baggers
Wide-Spout, SVC260, VP or VGT, chosen by the package
Checkweighing and contaminant checks
Packs into cases, cases onto pallets
Wide-Spout fillers weigh, fill and cap in one machine. The SVC260, VP and VGT take their dose from a multihead weigher.
LINYOPACK machines
Start from the package: each packaging machine below is labelled with the pouches or bags it makes. Handling, weighing, inspection and end-of-line modules complete the line.

Listed for rice. 33 mm angled spout. Three models: 450–700, 1000–1200 and 1200–1400 pouches/hour.*

Continuous motion for higher outputs. Bags up to 260 mm wide and 400 mm long, up to 160 bags/min.*

Compact baggers for lower outputs. 20–90 bags/min,* film up to 520 mm wide.

Front panel up to 300 mm wide, up to 80 bags/min.*
*Machine references. Actual output depends on product, fill weight, package and film.

Hygienic and Standard models, both listed for rice, seeds and pulses. 10–20 m³/h and up to 25 m lift, in Z-type and C-type layouts. We check the capacity in kg/h with your bulk density.

For the SVC260, VP and VGT. Configured around the grain, the bulk density, the target weight and the dose rate the bagger needs.

Checkweighing, metal detection, combined units, or X-ray where the application calls for it. The method is chosen once the product and package are known.

Robotic case packing and palletizing, integrated around the finished pouch or bag, the case pattern, the case rate and the pallet pattern.
A rice line runs at the pace of its slowest stage. The conveyor is rated in m³/h, so we convert it to kg/h with your bulk density and compare it with what the packing line needs.
Supply must stay above demand. We set the final line target from product tests and agreed FAT conditions.

The machines, industry, package format and full system behind this application.
The Wide-Spout pouch fillers, the SVC260, VP and VGT baggers and both pendulum bucket conveyors.
Start from the package. 1–5 kg spouted pouches: Wide-Spout. Pillow and side gusset bags: the SVC260 for higher outputs or the VP series for a compact line. Quad-seal bags: the VGT series.
1–5 kg, in stand-up pouches with a 33 mm angled spout.
The SPFC-1200R, with a machine reference of 1200–1400 pouches per hour. The line output is set from your rice, pouch, loading mode and downstream scope.
Yes. Nitrogen or air evacuation and induction sealing are options on the Wide-Spout fillers, chosen for your product and pouch.
160 bags/min is the SVC260's machine maximum. The output of a rice line is set from the actual product, weighing, bag and line conditions.
We convert the conveyor m³/h to kg/h with your actual bulk density, then compare it with the line demand: good packs per hour × fill weight.
Yes. Checkweighing, metal detection, robotic case packing and palletizing can be integrated around the pouch or bag, the case and the pallet.
Send the rice type, target weight, package, required output and plant layout. We will use them to choose the packaging machine and plan the test.
We reply within 1 working day.
