Example end-of-line layout: inclined bag conveyors feeding a robotic palletizing cell

Robotic Case Packing and Palletizing Integration

End-of-line equipment after your packaging machine: case packing, carton erecting and sealing, and palletizing. We plan it around your pack flow, case format, pallet pattern and output.

Example layout: bag conveying and robotic palletizing.

Integration Options

Selected around your pack, case and pallet pattern.

Pick-and-place · Case loading

Robotic Case Packing

Finished packs are conveyed, aligned and placed into open cases by a delta robot or a robot arm, with vision or sensor positioning where the project needs it. Carton erecting before the robot and case sealing after it can be part of the same cell.

Robotic Palletizing

Cases, bags and other suitable loads are stacked to your pallet pattern. An industrial or collaborative robot is chosen by payload, reach, pallet size and output, together with the infeed conveyor, pallet handling and safety guarding.

What We Need to Plan the Cell

Send what you have. Drawings, photos and sample cases help.

Send Your Details

Case packing

  • Pack type, size and weight
  • Packs per minute
  • Case size and packs per case
  • How packs arrive: random or lined up
  • Carton erecting and sealing, if needed

Palletizing

  • Case or bag size and weight
  • Cases or bags per minute
  • Pallet size and stack height
  • Pallet pattern
  • Single or dual pallet station

From Your Pack to a Full Pallet

01

Planned Around Your Line

We plan the cell from your packaging machine's discharge to the full pallet: conveying, alignment, the robot's pick window, case supply and pallet handling.

02

Rated on a Tested Cycle

The output we quote comes from a tested or simulated cycle with your pack, case and pallet pattern, not from the robot's catalogue speed.

03

One Point of Responsibility

We integrate the robot and end-of-line equipment with your packaging line and handle the interfaces between them, as agreed for the project.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about end-of-line integration.

Ask an engineer

Planning the cell from your packaging machine's discharge to the full pallet: conveying and alignment, the robot and gripper, case supply, pallet handling, safety guarding and the signals between the machines.

A delta (parallel) robot or a robot arm, chosen by the weight, size and rate of your packs and by the case pattern. Vision or sensor positioning is added when the project needs it.

Yes. Carton erecting before the robot and case sealing after it can be included in the case-packing cell, planned for your carton style and size.

Cases, bags and other suitable loads such as barrels or baskets. The pallet pattern, pallet size and stack height are set for your project.

Both are possible. A collaborative palletizer has a compact footprint; an industrial robot handles heavier loads and longer reach. We choose by payload, reach, rate and floor space, and design the guarding for each project.

From a tested or simulated cycle with your pack, case and pallet pattern. We do not rate a cell from the robot's catalogue speed alone.
