One Bucket, Infeed to Discharge
The horizontal run, the corner and the vertical lift run on one chain loop with a single drive.

What products can it handle?
Grains and cereals, rice, seeds and pulses, nuts and dried fruit, salt and sugar, snacks and confectionery, feed and pet food, coffee and cocoa, and plastic granules. It is not suitable for liquids or slurries.
What is the throughput?
10–20 m³/h, depending on the model. This is a volume. Your kg/h is the m³/h multiplied by your product's bulk density.
How high can it lift?
Up to 25 m.
Which layouts are available?
Z-type and C-type. Infeed and discharge are built to your drawing.
Does it reduce product breakage?
It is designed to reduce transfers: product is loaded once and discharged once, with no chutes in between. Breakage depends on the product, so we test fragile products first.
Is it washdown or IP rated?
It is built for easy cleaning, with tool-free bucket removal and service doors, a catch tray and a chain that runs without lubrication. No IP or washdown rating is stated.
What is the difference between the Hygienic and Standard versions?
Both work the same way. The Hygienic version uses ABB electrics and an SEW geared motor. The Standard version uses Schneider switches, an Inovance VFD and a GUOMAO geared motor. Choose by your product, cleaning needs and line standards.
Is a pendulum bucket conveyor the same as a Z-type bucket elevator?
Yes. Pendulum bucket conveyors are often called Z-type bucket elevators, after the Z-shaped bucket path of the Z-type layout. Ours are also built in a C-type layout.
