Why the Details Matter
We set up the test machine from what you send. If the film, the target weight or the required output is missing, we have to assume it, and the result describes a pack you may never run.
The test is free; you cover the shipping of your samples to our factory in Hebei, China. You get the result within 3–5 working days after the samples arrive.
Samples to Send
Your product
Send it in the condition it reaches your packing line: frozen, coated, dried or ground. Product that is warmer, drier or cleaner than on your line behaves differently in the weigher and in the bag.
Your film, pouch or tray
The packaging material decides the seal. Send the film you plan to use, your pouches with their caps, or your trays with the lidding film. A new laminate, a paper-based material or an unusual pouch or tray is checked on the machine first.

Details to Send With Them

| Target fill weight | Sets the weigher or filler and the package size. |
| Package format | Pillow, side gusset or quad-seal bag, spouted pouch or tray. The format decides the machine. |
| Package dimensions | Bag width and length, pouch size or a tray drawing. They decide the forming set or the tooling. |
| Printed film | If the film is printed, the print repeat and the eye mark position, so each bag is cut in the right place. |
| Required output | Good packs per minute or kg per hour. The test is measured against it. |
| Dosing method, if fixed | Multihead weigher, auger filler, cup filler or linear weigher. |
| Seal, closure and quality requirements | Valve, zipper, cap, gas mix, residual oxygen or leak checks, as your pack needs. |
